About FitLab

At FitLab, we offer fitness assessments and programmes available from our resident Fitness Professionals who will ensure safe and effective use of the equipment to help you meet your individual goals. If it's the extra motivation you need, we also offer personal training and nutritional advice to cover all fitness goals and ambitions!

The club offers an extensive state-of-the-art range of cardio and resistance machines, complemented with a wide range of free weights. Open 7 days a week, our facilities are unmatched and welcome to all fitness goals and abilities.

Meet the Team

Dougie Gair

Originally from Edinburgh, our Academy Head, Dougie, has over 16 years’ experience in the Leisure industry, owning and running his own Personal Training & Massage business, as well as delivering Fitness courses

as a tutor/assessor at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. He has spent most of his time in Dubai as Sport & Leisure Executive at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. With a background in professional football, sport-mad Dougie is big on Sport Specific Training, and will be happy to pass on tips and advice alongside his team of expert Personal Trainers, or generally just chat about Sporting events past or present!

Oksana Pustovoit

Oksana is a Fitness trainer and Pilates instructor with over 3 years of experience. Her decision was to become a Fitness trainer as well as Pilates Instructor and help others to achieve their goals.

She is confident that fitness is the key to a healthy and happy life, so she is happy to share her experience with people. Her hobbies are dancing, meditation and traveling to keep a good life balance.

Anita Spisak

During the early age Anita used to play volleyball up to age of 15 but had to stop playing due to an elbow injury. However she didn’t give up on sport

and got several diplomas from IFBB followed by being ranked number 1 IFBB Bikini Fitness 2019. Anita has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and she keeps improving her teaching techniques currently by taking her Level 3 Personal Training course. Anita’s hobby is reading fitness books and Nova books.
